What is Tribe?

First and foremost this program is designed to be fun. It’s a program that’s meant to be part-time and stress-free. We don’t want you to stress out about deadlines and quotas but we want you to be rewarded for what you bring to the projects that put up missions for you to complete.

In brief:

It’s a system for motivating, activating, engaging and incentivising community members to support web3 project needs and directives.

Why does it exist?

Community is the lifeblood of today's decentralized business models, it is a powerful resource if used correctly. Alone, a single community member may have impact, but, the strength comes from a large number of active community members fulfilling needs/goals. All projects and businesses can benefit from a large and active community of willing volunteers, yet no structure exists to give them turnkey access. Tribe seeks to build that for the web3 projects everywhere.

<aside> 📢 How does it work?

1. Missions are posted with a budget, description, list of bounties to complete, their reward amounts and KPIs outlining the minimum requirements in order for the Bounty to be paid out.
2. Ambassadors volunteer their time and select bounties they can utilize their existing skills to complete, based on the outlined criteria and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
3. Ambassadors submit the completed work for review.
4. Reviewers verify that the criteria and KPIs of each submitted bounty meet the requirements. If they do, the bounty is rewarded to the ambassador.
5. It’s that simple. 😎
